Debutând în 2014 ca un one-man project al lui Alex Teodorescu, Jack of all Trades au devenit full-band în 2017, când lui i s-au alăturat Andrei (bas), Radu (chitară) și Mădălin (tobe). După doi ani de concerte in mod regulat atât în București, cât și în provincie, trupa a lansat în decembrie 2019 primul album, intitulat ‘Extrovertit Selectiv’.

Despre ‘Extrovertit Selectiv’, Jack of all Trades spun că ‘este un material autobiografic și complet sincer de la cap la coadă, despre călătoria unei persoane ce se caută pe sine și dorește apartenența la acele grupuri cu o mentalitate și viziune similară asupra lumii înconjurătoare - oameni pe care îi selectează, de altfel, cu foarte mare atenție, pentru că numai în compania lor se pot extroverti în totalitate.’
